Our food philosophy has its roots in the taste characteristics and ancient processing of elements. We attach manic importance to the quality of raw materials from land and sea, organic products of our territory, whilst trying to present the highest quality from all over the world. At Tribe, we combine traditional techniques with the best seasonal products of the Albanian and international markets.
The best meat is cooked here and served simply and lovingly so that the character and origin of the region appear as convincingly as possible in taste, scent and appearance.
The cooking of meat and fish is carried out according to the dry-aged standard of storage for a certain period of time in a room built especially for this process.
